[Narrator] In order to enable your phone to receive text alerts, you must first confirm your mobile number. To get to your settings, tap the more button, then tap the settings widget in the top right corner. Tap contact. Tap your mobile number to select it. This will prompt a one-time confirmation of your phone number. Tap send code via text to receive a confirmation code. Because this is a high-risk activity, the system will prompt you to verify your identity by entering a verification code. You can choose to have the code sent via text, email, or voice call. Make your selection and tap the send code button. Enter the verification code and tap the verified button. Now the confirmation code will be sent via text message. Enter the confirmation code and tap the confirm code button. Your number has now been confirmed and enabled for text alerts. Tap the save phone button to complete the process.
