        Welcome to Credit Union Southern California, CU SoCal. We are a mission-based organization, an organization with a mission to not only build better lives for our members, but a mission to build better lives for our team members.
     

     

        We also have a goal, really more an aspiration, and that goal and aspiration is to become the number one credit union to work at in the entire country.
     

     

        As a matter of fact, we hired you because we’re confident that you’ll join us on our journey to build better lives for members and team members, but we believe you’ll be instrumental in helping CU SoCal become the number one credit union to work at in the entire country.
     

     

        On a final note, we’re here to help you achieve your career goals and to fulfill your dreams. I cannot tell you how much we’re personally looking forward, how I am personally looking forward to meeting you.
