- If you don’t use Online Banking, make a free, one-time payment on your CU SoCal auto loan or personal loan, available 24/7.
- Your payment options:
- Use an external debit card.

You can make any type of loan payment at a CU SoCal branch location. Find a location near your home or work.
Pay By Mail
To make your loan payment by mail, include your loan number in the memo area of the check and mail to: Credit Union of Southern California, 8101 E Kaiser Blvd, Ste 300, Anaheim, CA 92808-2261.
Running tight on funds? Consider Skip-A-Pay for relief:
CU SoCal allows eligible Members to skip a payment on qualifying CU SoCal loans for a $25 fee, provided all program requirements are met. MTAG, Real Estate, Indirect, and Credit Card loans are not eligible. Eligibility is subject to the following requirements:
- At least 12 payments have been made on the loan.
- A payment on the selected loan is not presently more than 10 days past due.
- A payment on the selected loan has not been more than 30 days past due in the last 12 months.
- Only one skip allowed per 12 months.
- There should not be more than four skips over the life of the loan selected.
- The payment frequency must be monthly.
- The Member must have $25.00 fee available in eligible share.
- Other requirements may apply.
To see your qualifying loans and skip a loan payment, visit the Skip a Pay widget in Online or Mobile Banking. (The widget can be found in the menu under Transfer and Pay > Skip a Pay.) Or you can use Skip A Loan Payment form and drop it off at your nearest CU SoCal branch, mail it to 8101 E Kaiser Blvd, Ste 300 Anaheim, CA 92808-2261, or fax it to us at 714.990.5492.
