There are several time-saving and convenient ways to make your payment within Online and Mobile Banking.
Make Quick and Easy Loan Payments Online

Register for Digital Banking
1. Go to https://my.cusocal.org/Registration
2. Confirm your identity with Member number, SSN, and birth date
3. Establish credentials by choosing a username and password
4. Your credentials will work in the CU SoCal Mobile App and Online Banking
5. Use Digital Banking to easily and quickly make loan payments

Make Loan Payments in Digital Banking
1. Go to the “Transfer and Pay” and select “Transfer”
2. Select “Make a Transfer”
3. Select the “From” and “To” accounts
4. Select “Payment Type” to determine amount
5 .Select “Frequency” and “Date”
6. Click “Review Transfer” and “Submit Transfer”

Add an External Account for Credit Card Payments Only
1. Go to the “Accounts” dropdown menu
2. Select “Manage Visa” and select your card
3. Under the “Payments” dropdown menu, select “Payment Accounts”
4. Follow the prompts to instantly link one or more external financial accounts
5. Click “Make a Payment” to select an external account to make your payment

Add an External Account to Make Loan Payments in Digital Banking
1. In Mobile Banking, go to “Transfer” and select “Add Account”
2. In Online Banking, go to “Transfer”, then “More Actions”, then “Add Account”
3. Select “Add an External Account” to instantly link with your credentials (or select “Connect Your Account Manually” if you are unable to instantly link your account)
4. Once you have linked an external account, it will show in the “From” dropdown when making loan payments or funds transfers.
Alternative Payment Methods
Make a payment using another financial institution's Mastercard® or Visa® debit card or account number and routing number. Call us at 866.287.6225 Monday-Friday: 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturday: 9 a.m.-1 p.m for assistance in making your payment.
To Make your loan payment by mail, include your loan number in the memo area of the check and mail to Credit Union of Southern California, PO BOX 76000 ANAHEIM CA 92809.
Running tight on funds? Consider Skip-A-Pay for relief:
- At least 12 payments have been made on the loan.
- A payment on the selected loan is not presently more than 10 days past due.
- A payment on the selected loan has not been more than 30 days past due in the last 12 months.
- Only one skip allowed per 12 months.
- There should not be more than four skips over the life of the loan selected.
- The payment frequency must be monthly.
- The Member must have $25.00 fee available in eligible share.
- Other requirements may apply.
To skip a loan payment, simply complete our Skip A Loan Payment form and drop it off at your nearest CU SoCal branch, mail it to P.O. Box 76000 Anaheim, CA 92809, or fax it to us at 714.990.5492.
