One-time Passcode (OTP) is used to prevent wallet enrollment fraud as well as improve the Member experience while enrolling in Apple Pay. You will receive a One-Time Passcode via email or text during the enrollment process. If there is an issue during enrollment, you will receive a message to contact the credit union to tokenize your card.
