According to the criteria status bars in the Digital Banking Rewards+ widget, I have met all the criteria to become a Rewards+ Member. Why does my status at the top say “inactive”?
Rewards+ benefits trail the month in which they were earned. If your status at the top of the widget says “Inactive,” that means that you did not qualify for Rewards+ the previous month.
