Where do I begin with our culture? Well, we have 23 branches where, yes, we work hard serving our members.
But in order to truly build better lives by serving our members, it doesn’t just take one person’s vision,
it takes a village that collectively believes this. Our team of more than 400 members are like a family,
and this family is connected. We don’t just work together. We know how to have fun together.
Beyond having fun together, we love to serve together. Our serving goes beyond just our members,
it goes out into the community. At CU SoCal, you can’t talk about our culture if you don’t talk about
the outfits you see. From the many outfits you’ll find our CEO wearing, to our countless Halloween costumes
throughout all of our branches and headquarters, and, of course, wearing our favorite holiday cheer outfits.
CU SoCal doesn’t miss an opportunity to bring some vibrance to the workplace.
