You will need a current state or government-issued photo ID (State ID, Driver’s License, U.S. Passport, U.S Resident Card).; Paystub

You will need your paystub dated within the last 30 days.; Tax returns

If self-employed, you will need the past two years of tax returns.

Notes:

Your loan officer may require other documentation after the loan has been processed.
These three branches do not offer notary: El Monte, City of Industry, and Anaheim.
Notary services are free for CU SoCal Members. There is a $15 fee for Shared Branch Members.
