Important information about your accounts and services.

Your accounts have automatically transferred; however, some products and services will require additional set up. Important dates and information have been detailed below by product and service.

ATM and Visa Debit Cards

ATM and debit cards have been replaced with a CU SoCal Debit Card. A new CU SoCal Visa® Debit Card was mailed to you before December 1 for use starting on December 1. Your randomly selected PIN was mailed separately within a week of your card. You may change your PIN at any of our branches or ATMs by bringing your CU SoCal Visa® Debit Card and assigned PIN.

At 5 p.m. on November 30, all Pacific Community ATM and debit cards were deactivated and recurring payments scheduled will no longer post. Remember to provide your new card information to companies that automatically bill your card and online retailers where you’ve saved your information.

Bill Pay

You may now enroll in CU SoCal’s free Online Banking and begin using Bill Pay. View our step-by-step guide to help you set up your CU SoCal Online Banking service.

Former Pacific Community Bill Pay Users:
Bill Pay Payees, Scheduled, and Recurring payments, with the exception of P2P, Account-to-Account, and eBills, have automatically transferred to CU SoCal Bill Pay. Payments scheduled to be made December 1 and later will be sent as scheduled, with the exception of P2P, Account-to-Account, and eBills.

Reminder: Use of Pacific Community bill pay was discontinued at 1 p.m. Pacific Time on November 24. Payments scheduled to be made November 25 through November 30 did not occur.

Overdrafts linked to your savings, checking, money market accounts, and lines of credit will continue in the order you designated.
