New and Upcoming Platform Improvements

CU SoCal’s mascot, Cali, will soon be able to guide you through your Mobile Banking experience in addition to Online Banking and the CU SoCal Website.

A new screen sharing capability on our website, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and loan and Membership applications is now available to Members when they are interacting over the phone with our Member Care Center representatives.

Auto refinance pre-approval offers are now available for select pre-approved Members within Online and Mobile Banking to accept at any time.
