You may close your account in-person at a CU SoCal branch, or you may request to close your account by completing the Request To Close Account form and mailing it to P.O Box 76000 Anaheim, CA 92809 or faxing it to us at 714.990.5492. A copy of your ID will be requested at the time of account closure.
