The Havasu Community branch will close at 6 p.m. on Friday, May 30, 2025, and will be closed on Saturday, May 31, 2025. The Lake Havasu branch will reopen with special hours on Sunday, June 1, 2025, as Havasu Community Credit Union, a division of CU SoCal.
As a courtesy, on Sunday, June 1, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., our Member Care Center will be available at 866.287.6225 and the following branches will be open: City of Industry, Covina, El Monte, Lake Havasu, Norwalk, Pasadena, Pomona, and Whittier Greenleaf. Beginning June 2, 2025, branch hours will be Monday—Friday: 9 a.m. —5 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. —1 p.m. You will also have access to 21 additional CU SoCal branches and continue to have access to more than 5,600 Co-op Shared Branches and more than 30,000 surcharge-free Co-op ATMs.

Checking account users will receive three (3) temporary checks by July 15, 2025. Please start using your new checks upon receipt. Your Havasu Community checks will continue to clear through June 1, 2026. If you would like to request a free box of Havasu Community custom design checks, please call CU SoCal at 866.287.6225 or visit a branch on or after June 1, 2025.

Direct deposits and automatic payments (such as payroll, Social Security, and gym membership fees) will continue without interruption through June 1, 2026. We encourage you to update this information as soon as possible to avoid interruption.
Update your account information with Social Security by calling 1.800.772.1213 to schedule an appointment, or by visiting
www.ssa.gov. You will need your current account and routing number as well as your new CU SoCal routing number.CU SoCal routing and transit number: 322283796

Havasu Community credit card holders will keep their existing credit cards serviced by Elan Financial Services. In-branch and phone payments will not be available after May 31, 2025. Please call 800.558.3424 or visit www.myaccountaccess.com to make a payment. Please continue to use your existing username and password.

Debit cards will be replaced with a Havasu Community Credit Union, a division of CU SoCal, Visa® Debit Card. A new debit card will be mailed to you prior to June 1, and can be activated for use starting at 7 a.m. on June 1. Please provide your new debit card information to companies and online retailers that automatically bill your card as early as June 1, 2025.
You may continue using your Havasu Community Debit Card until 7 a.m. on June 1. After that time, your card will be deactivated and payments using your Havasu Community Debit Card will no longer be processed.

All Havasu Community Members will receive a paper statement for the period ending May 31, 2025, including those who currently receive eStatements. Due to regulatory requirements, you will need to re-enroll on or after June 1, 2025, to continue receiving eStatements. After enrolling in CU SoCal’s Online or Mobile Banking, select “View Documents” in the Tools Menu. At the top right in Settings, you can Subscribe to eStatements. Your eStatements will be available on June 1, 2025.
CU SoCal charges a paper statement fee of $2; however, this fee will be waived through September 30, 2025, for all Members. The fee will continue to be waived for Members 17 years of age and younger or 64 years of age and better. Beginning October 1, 2025, the $2 fee may be applied to your account. Please review the Schedule of Fees to learn how the fee may be waived.

Real Estate Loans: There will be no changes to your existing loan terms. Your real estate loan statement will be available within Online and Mobile Banking on June 3, 2025. Your monthly recurring payments will continue as scheduled.

Please reference the letter you received prior to June 1, 2023, with details about your Member/account number and specific details of your account.
Your Membership number will most likely not change. A small number of Members will have a 2-digit prefix added to their existing Member/account number and will receive their new Member/account number prior to June 1, 2025. Please update all ACH and automatic payments with your Member/account number and CU SoCal’s routing and transit number on or after June 1, 2025.

Your Havasu Community Online and Mobile Banking will no longer be available after 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 31, 2025. Beginning Sunday, June 1, 2025, Please enroll in CU SoCal’s free Online Banking. or Mobile Banking by downloading CU SoCal’s Mobile Banking App for your Apple or Android . Your account nicknames and recurring account transfers will seamlessly migrate into CU SoCal’s Online and Mobile Banking.

CU SoCal offers Zelle® for Person to Person transfers. Please read and accept the Zelle® Network Terms and Conditions located in the Transfer and Pay menu of Mobile Banking to get started.

Overdraft transfers will continue as currently designated. Overdraft Privilege will be replaced with CU SoCal’s Courtesy Pay as an option to cover transactions when you may not have funds available. You may authorize CU SoCal to pay, rather than return, non-sufficient fund transactions on your everyday debit card transactions for a fee. All existing Opt Ins will transition. See our Courtesy Pay brochure and Schedule of Fees for additional information. Fill out the Courtesy Pay Authorization form to sign up for Courtesy Pay. Once complete, bring the form to any CU SoCal branch.
