What's New in Digital Banking

When it comes to daily money management, we know how important Digital Banking is to our Members. That’s why we are committed to continually enhance our Mobile and Online Banking platforms with more features, greater conveniences, and time-saving improvements. This page has been dedicated to share with you our latest enhancements, so please feel free to visit frequently.

Here are a few of our recent updates:

Update

The Goals widget has been removed and is now referred to as Savings Goals which exists within the Financial Wellness widget.

Checking Dividends has undergone slight cosmetic changes.

The Personal Banking Appointment link has been added to Mobile and Online Banking. This redirects Members to the Branches and ATMs page where Members can be redirected to schedule an appointment at their nearest branch.

The Credit Score and More widget has been added to Online and Mobile Banking.
 

Digital Banking Known Issues


Even sophisticated, highly-rated Digital Banking platforms occasionally need workarounds to accommodate every type of electronic device and browser. If any feature of our Digital Banking platform is not working optimally for you, we will let you know here. Please review what we know are potential issues, which devices are being impacted, and our planned solutions.

Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)
Remote deposit capture may not remember individual Member limit increases from day to day.

Pay Bills (Android): When accessing the Pay Bills widget, a new window will open to display your bill pay information and will take you out of the mobile app.
 
To return to the mobile app, click on the back button on your device. Mobile (Android)

Bill Pay not working on tablet devices: The Pay Bills widget is not working when using any tablet device.
 
For the best experience, use your mobile device or desktop to pay your bills through the Pay Bills widget.. Tablet

Account Aggregation not refreshing: Accounts that require multi-factor authentication may not automatically refresh
 
Members can manually refresh credentials by going to Settings, Accounts, and clicking on the aggregated account they would like to update. ALL

External Transfer Advances from HELOCs or LOCs: Members cannot currently process an external transfer from a HELOC or LOC to another financial instituation.
 
Members can take an advance and transfer to an internal share and then transfer out to another financial institution. ALL
