Error message when depositing checks using an iOS device: When making a check deposit using the Deposit Check widget, it will appear that an account has already been selected. You will encounter an error if you do not manually select an account from the green box.
 
You must manually select an account from the green box in order to complete your deposit, otherwise an error message will appear. Mobile (iOS)

Internet Explorer browser issues: You may experience limited functionality when using Internet Explorer to access your account online.

Desktop
Accessing account via a mobile web browser: You may encounter limited functionality, such as bill pay, if you are logging into your account online using a web browser on your phone.
Our desktop site is not designed for mobile devices. For the best experience, we recommend downloading the mobile app to access your accounts online. Our enhanced app now gives you full access to pay bills and make your loan or credit card payments plus much more!
 
Mobile

Pay Bills (Android): When accessing the Pay Bills widget, a new window will open to display your bill pay information and will take you out of the mobile app.
 
To return to the mobile app, click on the back button on your device. Mobile (Android)

Transfer Success alert on/off: Currently not working in mobile.
 
To enable this feature, access your accounts through our desktop site. Mobile

Card Authorization alerts on/off in Settings: This option is not functional and will be removed.
 
Turn card authorization alerts on/off, anytime, using the Card Controls widget.  Mobile

Loan payoff (Android): The loan payoff feature is currently not working on Android devices.
 
You can access your loan payoff information by logging into the desktop site. Mobile (Android)

Bill Pay not working on tablet devices: The Pay Bills widget is not working when using any tablet device.
 
For the best experience, use your mobile device or desktop to pay your bills through the Pay Bills widget. Tablet
Accessing bill pay (Pay Bills widget) on mobile web browsers:  You may encounter issues paying bills through the Pay Bills widget when using a web browser on your mobile device.
We recommend using our enhanced mobile app for the best experience, which allows you to pay bills and much more! However, if you would like to access your accounts using a web browser on your mobile device, you will need to disable your pop-up blockers and disable Block All Cookies (iOS) in your mobile device settings for that web browser.
