Q: Can I have
all notifications temporarily halted while I’m on vacation or away on
business?
A:
Yes. Under the Tools and Resources
section of the home page click
“Update
PAM.” Use the
Temporary Vacation Hold
section near the bottom of the page to enter the
desired dates.

Q: How do I
cancel all PAM notifications?
A:
Under the Tools and Resources
section of the home page click
“Update
PAM.” To cancel any notifications, remove
all check marks by clicking in each box; if you’ve set up
balance notifications, change
Share to report,
to Not reported.
You’ll
receive an email confirming the cancellation(s).
