Q: Can I make
a transfer to another Member’s account?
A:
Before you can make a transfer to another Member’s account online please
call the Phone Center toll-free at 866 CU SoCal, 866.287.6225, or visit
a branch to ask a credit union representative to set up this transfer
option for you. Once this is complete, you can transfer to another
Member’s account within CU OnLine.

Q: What kinds
of transfer options are available?
A:
There are several transfer options available within one account.
Transfer between Savings and Checking accounts and even make loan and Visa
payments using the transfer option. Click
“Transfers,”
at
the top of the page, and then click on the desired transaction.

Q: Can I
switch between accounts, or do I have to sign off first?
A: Under the
Settings menu on the home page, simply
click “Change Accounts.”
For your security, you’ll be automatically logged
out of the account you were previously viewing.

Q: If I
suspect fraudulent activity on CU OnLine, whom should I contact?
A:
Contact CU SoCal as soon as you notice any fraudulent activity by
calling toll-free at 866 CU SoCal, 866.287.6225, or stop by a branch
and a Member Service Officer will be able to assist you.

Q: Can I
reorder checks online?
A:
Yes. Click “Checking,”
located at the top of the page, and then
“Reorder
checks.”
You’ll be directed to Clarke American's secure order site. Follow
the convenient, step-by-step instructions and your order will be
completed in just minutes!

Q: Can I view
check images while on CU OnLine?
A:
Yes, this can be done two ways. On the top of the home page click
“Checking,” and
then “View Check Images.”
You can also view check images by clicking on the
check number while in
Share Transaction History Inquiry.

Q: Can I

You can update your email address online. Once you’re signed on to your
account, click “Settings,”
located on the top of the page, and then click
“Update email address.”

Q: How can I
download my account activity into financial software like Quicken or
Microsoft Money?
A:
Click “History,”
on the top of the CU OnLine homepage, and then
“Download.” You
have the option of selecting Quicken or Microsoft Money, as well as the
desired file format. Please note that CU SoCal has uncovered
problems with Internet Explorer
version 5.5 SP1 when retrieving the
Quicken download files. In the
History section,
click “Download Help,”
and follow the step-by-step instructions to make
the necessary Windows adjustments.
