  • Maximum Combined Loan-to-Value (CLTV) - Up to 70% (Conforming or Jumbo).
  • Interest Rate: Conforming or Jumbo fixed interest rate PLUS .50% added to margin
  • Loan Origination Fee: 2.00%
  • All properties must be located in California.

Property Qualifications

  • Owner occupied single family residence, condo and Planned Unit Development 
  • Second homes  or vacation homes
  • Investment property (non-owner occupied) 1-4 Units
  • All properties must be located in California.

Cost to Member
Loan costs will include points, loan administration fee, title insurance, escrow, recording, processing fee and impounds for taxes & insurance (if applicable). CU SoCal will send you a Good Faith Estimate of these costs within 72 hours of receiving your completed application.

Rate Lock Policy
Member may choose to lock or float the rate.  Simply complete a Real Estate Loan Application package, and contact our Loan Consultants at 800.698.7196.  The Rate Lock is good for 45 days.
