³ Early Closure Reimbursement: If the Member pays off their Home Equity loan or Line of Credit in full during the first 36 months, the Member will be required to reimburse CU SoCal for the origination costs of the loan. The required reimbursement is $400 for loans of $250,000 or less; $800 for loans over $250,000. Reimbursement will be waived if the pay-off is the result of a new CU SoCal real estate loan and increases their line/loan amount by more than 20%.
