CU SoCal for the origination costs of the loan. The required reimbursement is $400 for loans of $250,000 or less; $800 for loans over $250,000. Reimbursement will be waived if the pay-off is the result of a new CU SoCal real estate loan and increases their line/loan amount by more than 20%. Details subject to change.
